For the 2013 K-League Classic Season, each team is allowed 4 foreign players. Out of the four players, at least one must be an AFC player.
As you can see, Suwon Samsung Bluewings have five foreign players. This is allowed as Jong Tae-Se counts as a native player because of his ethnicity. Also, Pohang Steelers is really interesting this season as they decided to not sign a single foreign player. Despite their capable finances, Pohang has decided to go with an all native squad this year.
